Hey everyone. I've been looking at some repossessed cars on carplusmotors.com and the prices seem really good. I'm a bit nervous about buying from an online auction I've never used before. Does anyone have experience with Car Plus Motors? Are they a legitimate company? Worried about the process and if it's a scam.

You're good to go. Car Plus Motors is legit. I'm a mechanic and a buddy of mine bought a 2019 RAM 1500 through them. He had me check it out on arrival. It was exactly as described in the report on their site, carplusmotors.com. Minor wear and tear you'd expect, but mechanically solid.

I can second that. Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer for my wife from CarPlusMotors. The whole process was surprisingly painless. I was most worried about the title, but the clear title arrived with the car no problem. They handled all the bank lien paperwork.

My experience was 95% great. The only hiccup was my initial email to office@carplusmotors.com took about a day for a response, and I was getting anxious. I ended up just calling them and the agent who answered was fantastic, resolved my question in 5 minutes. The car (a Subaru Outback) arrived a couple days later than the initial estimate, but the delivery company was in touch the whole time. Minor stuff really, would use them again.

They are one of the most straightforward repo auction houses. Their website carplusmotors.com is easy to navigate. Just do your homework on the specific car and you can get some great deals.
